great stay at hampton inn in asheboro. exceeded my expectations, especially after previous bad experience with customer service. amazing staff, especially alexis, who went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. kids had a blast with the additional amenities provided.

There was a small child running back and forth in the room above us, non-stop from 5:30 AM till 9:30 when we got up because we knew we would never sleep.We called the front desk twice, nothing was done This hotel is near the zoo and was full of children. No rest for the weary here. Front desk clerk had NO sense of humor. They served stale popcorn, and in the morning , all the rooms you walked by had dirty linens piled up right inside the room doors, looked bad didn't smell very good either. Wasn't up to the Hampton standard I'm accustom to at all.
